A special birthday dinner was enjoyed over the weekend - Farmers Market lamb burgers and a unique slaw. Ground lamb burgers were served between sturdy buns spread with lemon-caper aioli (capers, mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon zest and lemon juice, mustard and garlic), under a topper of slaw.
