The ARC Pregnancy Center held groundbreaking ceremonies for a new facility in Russell Springs. Mayor Eddie Thomas of Russell Springs and Columbia Mayor Pam Hoots were joined by Director Geraldine Johnson, current volunteer board members Rick and Diane Neff, Vicki Wade, Junetta West, Angela Brown, Marilyn Aaron, Jeannine Bennett, Peggy Lawson, and Lesa McDonald, Billy Pickett and Mike Watson.
