She was the daughter of the late Omra Garland & Frances Cooper Hart. Her husband, Jimmy Boards, survives. She leaves five living descendants.

A Celebration of Life will be held 11am-12:30pmCT, Saturday, June 30, 2018 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY. Interment in the New Friendship Cemetery, Russell Springs, KY.

She was born May 9, 1951 in Somerset, KY. She was the daughter of the late Omra Garland & Frances Cooper Hart. She died Tuesday, June 26, 2018, in Georgetown, Scott County, KY at the age of 67 years, one month, and 17 days. Sandra was retired from State of Kentucky Vocational Rehabilitation.

Survivors include:

• Two children: Alicia Boards and Christopher Hart


• Three grandchildren: Alivyah Boards, Addisyn Boards, Aiden Hart
