Graduating from University of Louisville with a bachelor's Degree in Occupational and Development and a Registered Nurse degree from ECTC, she also had just recently been awarded the "Volunteer of the Year" for her outstanding efforts at Communicare. Suzy suffered from addiction. A disease she struggled with for many years. While she was unable to overcome that battle after valiant attempts, she blessed others with her humor and kindness through helping others. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt. Mariah Baptist Church. She was the daughter of Don & Kay Bagby Whitman, who survive. The funeral services for Mrs. Suzie Whitman Ford will be conducted at 11amCt. Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY, with burial in the Aetna Grove Cemetery, 2368 Aetna Grove Church Road, Summersville, KY. Visitation will be from 4pmCT until 8pmCT, on Monday, November 20, 2017, and after 7amCT on Tuesday until time of the service. Pallbearers will be
