The funeral service was at 1pmCT/2pmET, Saturday, June 13, 2015 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY by Dr. James Jones. Burial is in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 700 Old US 68, Campbellsville, KY. Visitation was 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmCT, Friday, June 12, 2015.

Carrie Mae Phillips was the daughter of the late Charlie Campbell and Flossie Mae Colvin Campbell. She was born May 9, 1929 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at Wednesday, June 10, 2015 in Greensburg, Green County, KY, at the age of 86 years, one month and one day.
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church where she was a faithful member of the Adult Women #3 Sunday School Class. She was former co-owner of Phillips Seed House, a farmer and a bookkeeper.
She united in marriage to Billie Phillips August 22, 1947. He preceded her in death September 27, 2006.
She is survived by The following:

- Seventeen grandchildren: Christy Parks, Rod Phillips, Robyn P. Sollberger, Rikki Moss, Eric Clark, Adam Clark, Matthew Clark, Caleb Clark, Jeremy Bishop, Karri Cox, Amber Nash, Nicole Driver, Will Phillips, Edlynn Phillips, Lauren Phillips, Hannah Phillips, John Michael Phillips
- Twenty-four great-grandchildren
- One brother and three sisters: C.W. Campbell of Blackshear, Georgia; Nora Susan Jarboe Of Louisville, KY; Lena Harmon and Helen Burris of Campbellsville, KY
