Linda was born in Joliet, Illinois on June 12, 1964 to June Shadden Underwood and the late John Michael Zezulka. She died Thursday, February 5, 2015, at the age of 50 years, seven months, and 24 days.

In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Key and one brother, Kenneth Zezulka.

Survivors include:

• Her mother: June Shadden Underwood of Celina, Tennessee


• One Brother: Jerry Zezulka of Grand Rapids, Michigan


• And a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends
