The funeral service will be Wednesday, January 7, 2015, at 1pmCT, at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY, with Bro. David Asberry officiating. Visitation will be after 10amCT, Wednesday, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rexroat Cemetery, Jamestown, KY.

He was born April 19, 1964, in Pineville, Bell County, KY. He was the son of Barbara Ann Conover York, who survives, and the late Ernest York. He died Tuesday, January 6, 2015, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY at the age of 50 years, eight months, and 18 days.

He is survived by his mother, Barbara Ann York, and aunts, uncles and cousins.
