Mrs. Nancy Huddleston, Green County, KY (1920-2014)

Mrs. Huddleston had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greensburg United Methodist Church. She joined the church in 1938. She was District Manager for the Golden ThimbleShe was a native of Green County, KY, and a resident of the county at the time of her death. She was a member of a distinguished Green County, KY family, the daugher of the late Edward Thomas and cleo Hudson Rogers, and the widow of George Huddleston. She leaves seven direct living descendants.

Mrs. Nancy Huddleston, 94, departed this life Sunday, November 16, 2014 at the Golden Living Center-Green Hill, Greensburg, KY.

The funeral will be at the Greensburg United Methodist Church, 111 W Court Street, Greensburg, KY at 1pmCT, Tuesday, November 18, 2014, with Rev. Dale Curry the officiating clergy. Visitation will be after 9amCT, Tuesday.



Pallbearers: Mike Miller, Bill Moore, Walt Gorin, Trent Ford, Wayne Edwards, Harold Hudgins, Rex Paxton, and J.C. (Cotton) Bardin.

Mrs. Nancy Huddleston, Green County, KY (1920-2014)


Mrs. Nancy Huddleston was born April 16, 1920 in Green County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Edward Thomas and Cleo Hudson Rogers. She departed this life Sunday, November 16, 2014 at the Golden Living Center-Green Hill, Greensburg, Green County, KY, having attained the age of ninety-four years, seven months.

Mrs. Huddleston had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greensburg United Methodist Church. She joined the church in 1938. She was District Manager for the Golden Thimble.

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband George M. Huddleston, two brothers and four sisters.

She is survived by the following:
  • One son and daughter-in-law: Mike and Marilyn Huddleston of Greensburg, KY

  • Two grandchildren: Matt Huddleston and Kay Huddleston Harned

  • Four great grandchildren

  • Plus a host of other relatives and friends
The family has requested that donations be made to the Greensburg United Methodist Church Building Fund or to the Mary Kate Moore Scholarship Fund. These can be made at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg or at the church.
