Graveside service Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 1pmCT/2pmET, with Pastor Anna Overstreet officiating, at Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 10:30amCT, Saturday, August 3, 2013, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY.

She is survived by the following:
