Funeral services will be Sunday, May12, 2013 at 2pmCT, at Stotts-Phelps- McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro Stanley Watson the officiating clergy. Interment will be in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 5:30pmCT, Saturday, May 11, 2013, at the funeral Home.

She was born on Thursday, April 26, 1923 in Russell County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Martin and Betty Pierce Blankenship. She died May 10, 2013, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 90 years, 14 days.
She was the the widow of Hollis "Bill" Helm who preceded her in death on Aug. 15 1980 and later married James "Jim" Rippetoe who also preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Billie Jo Andrew, July 27, 1970.
She is survived by the following:
Stotts-Phelps- McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY in charge of arrangements.

- Five grandchildren Lisa Mattingly, J. D. Grider, Shane Coffey, Denice Skaggs and Michael Andrew
- Several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends
