The funeral service will be at 9amCT/10amET, Saturday, March 9, 2013, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1029 Dundek Street, Jasper, IN, by Father Ray Brenner. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery, Jasper. Visitation will be 3pm-7pmCT/4pm-8pmET, Friday, March 8, 2013 at the Becher-Kluesner Funeral Home, 214 E 7th Street, Jasper, IN.

Pauline B. "Polly" Schwartzmiller was the daughter of the late John Martin Blandford and Lyda O'Daniel Blandford. She was born April 26, 1923, in Marion County, KY. She died Monday, March 4, 2013 in Lebanon, KY, at the age of 89 years, 10 months, and 8 days.

She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper, IN.

She united in marriage to Leo Schwartzmiller, who preceded her in death August 3, 2006.

She is survived by the following:

• One daughter and two sons: Cathie (Kenny) Browning of Campbellsville, KY; Frank (Nancy) Schwartzmiller of Atlanta, GA; and Mark (Lisa) Schwartzmiller of Crestwood, KY


• Five grandchildren: Jamie (Jessica) Browning, Beth Browning, Stacey (Kevin) Spalding, Joe Schwartzmiller and Maggie Schwartzmiller


• Four great grandchildren: Cameron Leake, Eli Spalding, Adrian Browning and Brianna Browning


• One sister in law: Frances Kunz of Jasper, IN


• Several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

She was also preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or a favorite charity.
