Jade Makayla Sullivan, 17, Campbellsville, KY (1994-2012)

She was a member of the Taylor County High School Class of 2012 and was employed as assistant manager of Save-A-Lot Food Store. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt. Washington Baptist Church.

Jade Makayla Sullivan of Campbellsville, daughter of Charlotte Farmer Sullivan and Mike Sullivan of Campbellsville, KY, died at 8:05pmET, Saturday, May 5, 2012, in Campbellsville as the result of an automobile accident. Age: 17

Funeral services are at 11amET/10amCT, Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY, by Rev. Vic Stansbury and Rev. Jimmy York. Burial will be in the Mt. Washington Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be after 3pmET/2pmCT, Monday, Mayy 7, 2012 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.

Jade Makayla Sullivan was the daughter of Charlotte Farmer Sullivan and Mike Sullivan of Campbellsville, KY. She was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, Tuesday, July 12, 1994. She died Saturday, May 5, 2012, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 17 years, 8 months, and 23 days.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt. Washington Baptist Church.

She was a member of the Taylor County High School Class of 2012 and was employed as assistant manager of Save-A-Lot Food Store.

Besides her Mother, Charlotte Sullivan and Father and step-mother, Mike and Connie Sullivan of Campbellsville, she is survived by the following:
  • One sister and one brother: Shanna Sullivan of Greensburg, KY, and Jeremy Sullivan and wife, Jennifer of Lebanon, KY

  • Three step-sisters: Candi Pittman, Amy Thomas, and Billie Jo Hafley of Lebanon, KY

  • One niece and one nephew: Abby Sullivan and Brody Judd

  • Grandparents: Marcelena Sapp and Leon and Geneva Sullivan of Campbellsville, KY

  • Several aunts and uncles and other relatives and friends
