Graveside services are 2:30pmET/1:30pmCT, Tuesday November 1, 2011 at Mill Springs National Cemetery, 9044 KY 80 (MAP, Nancy, KY. Burial will follow service. Visitation is Tuesday, November 1, 2011, from 11:30am-1pmET/10:30am-12:30pmCT at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY.

Born in Logan, Logan County, West Virginia on Sunday, April 26, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Julius and Margaret Kalinowski Zaborowsky. She died in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, on October 29, 2011, at the age of 75 years, 6 months, and 3 days.

She was a retired bookkeeper for Davis Distributing.

Survivors include her beloved husband, George Smith of Dunnville, KY, and the following:
