Wayne Keith officiating. Burial will be in Columbia Cemetery, 315 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Saturday, March 12, 2011.
Terry Lee Dial, Adair Co., KY, native (1957-2011)
He was born in Adair Co., Wednesday, June 12, 1957. He was the son of the late Clyde and Janie Crawhorn Dial. He died Thursday, March 10, 2011, in Jamestown, Russell Co., KY, at the age of 53 years, 8 months, and 26 days.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Emalee Dial, three brothers and a sister, Bob, Jack and Davis Dial, Beulah McAllister.
He was a member of Rowena Holiness Church, was founder of T. Dial and Sons and was employed by J. Downey and Son Lumber for 18 years.
Survivors include the following: :- His wife: Susan Selby Dial of Jamestown, KY
- Two sons and daughters-in-law: Michael and Lee Ann Dial, Sammy and Salena Dial all of Columbia, KY
- Seven grandchildren: Josh, Noah, Ben, Caleb, Seth, Jack and Alexandria Dial
- Six brothers: Joe Dial of Hazard, KY; William, Jimmy, Marshall and Charlie Dial all of Columbia, KY; and Mitchell Dial of Columbus, IN
- Two sisters: Martha Matney of Columbia, KY; and Kathy Cook of Greensburg, KY
