The Columbia-Adair County Economic Development Authority Board will hold the next monthly meeting at 8amCT on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at the Welcome and Development Center, 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY.

- Call to Order
- Welcome Guests - Roll Call - Determination of Quorum
- Opening Prayer & Pledge of Allegiance
- Approval of Minutes of May 20, 2026 Meeting and May 27, 2026 Special Called Meeting
- Approval of Treasurer's Financial Reports/payment of bills
- Business
- 1. Discuss status of pending KPDI grant & plans for Spec building in GRCP
- 2. Discuss applications for Opportunity Zones for GRCP & South 61 census tracts
- 3. Monthly activity update from consultant
- Other Business
- Motion to Enter Executive Session (If necessary)
Executive Session per KRS 61.810(g). Discussions between a public agency and a representative of a business entity and discussions concerning a specific proposal, if open discussions would jeopardize the siting, retention, expansion, or upgrading of the business.
