The Columbia-Adair County Economic Development Authority Board will hold the next monthly meeting at 8amCT on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at the Welcome and Development Center, 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY.

Meeting Agenda:


  • Call to Order

  • Welcome Guests - Roll Call - Determination of Quorum

  • Opening Prayer & Pledge of Allegiance

  • Approval of Minutes of May 20, 2026 Meeting and May 27, 2026 Special Called Meeting

  • Approval of Treasurer's Financial Reports/payment of bills

  • Business
    1. 1. Discuss status of pending KPDI grant & plans for Spec building in GRCP
    2. 2. Discuss applications for Opportunity Zones for GRCP & South 61 census tracts
    3. 3. Monthly activity update from consultant

  • Other Business

  • Motion to Enter Executive Session (If necessary)
    Executive Session per KRS 61.810(g). Discussions between a public agency and a representative of a business entity and discussions concerning a specific proposal, if open discussions would jeopardize the siting, retention, expansion, or upgrading of the business.
  • Motion to Return to Regular Session

  • Motion to Adjourn

The next regular meeting is scheduled for July 15, 2026.
