William "Billy" Murrell Willis of Columbia died on Monday, June 8, 2026 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. He was 67 years old.
The funeral service will be held at 1pmCT on Friday, June 12, 2026, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Pastor Ryan Boatright officiating. Burial will follow in Columbia Cemetery.
Visitation is requested after 9:30amCT on Friday.
He was born February 27,1959, in Adair County. He graduated from Adair County High School and earned a Master's Degree in Horticulture from Western Kentucky University. He was a life long farmer and a member of Columbia United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, William "Billy" Chatman Willis.
