Gene Lawless, 63, Russell County, KY (1960-2024)

Gene Lawless, 63, of Russell Springs, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2024.

He worked at Tarter Gate as a welder.

He was born in Jamestown, KY on September 30, 1960, a son of Phyllis (Aaron) Lawless and the late Herlen Ray Lawless.

He is survived by

His mother, Phyllis Lawless, of Russell Springs, KY.

Two daughters, Stephanie Coffey (Tylar), of Russell Springs, KY; and Jennifer Lawless, of Columbia, KY.

Three sisters, Judy Smith, of Jamestown, KY; Janet Collins, of London, KY; Sherri Loy Jamestown, KY.

Three brothers, Danny Lawless, of Monticello, KY; Ranny Lawless, of Russell Springs, KY; Stevie Lawless, of Russell Springs, KY.

He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild as well as other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, infant sister Marilyn Sue and infant brother Barry James Lawless.

Memorial Service will be held 7pmCT on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY with Bro. Danny Lawless officiating. Visitation will be held 6 Tuesday.

In lieu of flowers family request memorial donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
