The funeral service for Xander "Marty" Hopper will be held at 3pmET on Saturday, March 25, 2023, in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd., Campbellsville, KY, with Bro. Freddy Thompson officiating. Cremation will follow.
The family requests visitation after 1pmET on Saturday until time for the service.
Xander "Marty" Hopper, the son of Amanda Hopper and the late Timothy Hopper, was born May 9, 2006 in Florida.
He was a student at the Campbellsville High School. He enjoyed playing dungeons and dragons, talking to family and friends online, board games and cards of all kind and was a sharp minded young man.
Survivors include his mother and step-father: Amanda (Etzweiler) Hopper and Daniel "Papas" Gonzalez; his grandmother: Sharon Etzweiler; his siblings: Ashana Etzweiler, Trystan Hopper and Harlen Etzweiler and a host of other relatives and friends.
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a brother: Atreyu Jones.
