Kathleen Perkins of Campbellsville passed away on April 14, 2020. She was 73 years old.

Kathleen Perkins of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Emmitt Shipp and Teresa Viola Caulk Shipp was born June 12, 1946 in Marion County, Kentucky. She died at 3:09 A.M., Tuesday, April 14, 2020 in Campbellsville.
She professed faith in Christ early in life and was of the Baptist Faith.
Due to injuries in an automobile accident she spent her adult years in a wheel chair but with a strong spirit raised her two children, kept an immaculate house, and took care to always look her best. She was admired by her children and family for her jolly, happy go lucky attitude and love of family.
Kathleen is survived by one son, Steve Perkins and wife, Tracy and one daughter, Brenda Jenkins of Campbellsville; four grandchildren: Kyle Lee, Whitney Payton and husband, Matt, Cody Jenkins and Katie Jenkins of Campbellsville; five great-grandchildren; two sisters: Judy Harvey and husband, Carey of Glasgow and Barbara Hunt of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida; a sister-in-law, Betty Sue Shipp of Campbellsville; a very special family friend, Jimmy Skaggs; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by two brothers Delano Shipp and Emmitt Shipp, Jr.
Expressions of sympathy requested to be donations to the funeral expenses and may be made at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.
