Casey Co man arrested on indictment warrant


NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

Adair Co, KY - On September 21st, 2018 at approximately 7:19pmET, Trooper Nick Davis served an indictment warrant 1.5 miles west of Dunnville on Cundiff Road, on 36 year old Joshua Gayde of Dunnville.

Following a thorough investigation Trooper Nick Davis presented the case to the Adair County Grand Jury resulting in an indictment being returned on Gayde for Rape, 1st degree- victim < 12 years of age and sexual abuse, 1st degree, victim under 12 years of age. Gayde is lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
