Bessie Jean Sayers, 70, Russell County, KY (1948-2018) Born on June 23, 1948, in Liberty, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Joe and Della Mae Crew Luttrell. Bessie loved gardening and flowers. She also enjoyed bargain shopping and "junking." Bessie Jean Sayers, of Russell Springs, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at her residence. She was 70 years old. The funeral service will be held at NoonET on Friday, September 21, 2018, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Delvin Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Bowmer Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6pmET to 8pmET on Thursday, September 20, 2018. Pallbearers will be: Joe Lee, Michael Lawless, Garrett Lawless, Chris Ellis, Kevin Muse and Brandon Mills. Born on June 23, 1948, in Liberty, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Joe and Della Mae Crew Luttrell. Bessie loved gardening and flowers. She also enjoyed bargain shopping and "junking." She is survived by two daughters, Patricia (Kevin) Muse of Somerset and Ashley (Brandon) Mills of Windsor; four sons, Pete Lee of Windsor, Oscar (Joyce) Lee of Russell Springs, James Wildenburg of Russell Springs and Charles Ungles of Russell Springs; and a special friend, Gary Lawless of Russell Springs. Other survivors include nine grandchildren, Raven, Michael, Joe, Shantel, Chloe, Brody, Matt, Braxton and Kennedy; a great-grandchild, Shayla; three sisters, Mary J. Bostic, Faye Passmore and Margie Coffman; and five brothers, Arvis Luttrell, Eddie Luttrell, Jackie Luttrell, Tony Luttrell and Terry Luttrell. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a sister, Barbara Sue Luttrell; and a brother, Marvin Luttrell.
