Opening ceremonies for the Edmonton Bicentennial will be held at City Hall, East Street on the Square in Edmonton starting at 11:30amCT and concluding at approximately 12:30pmCT to kick off the three day celebration.
The program follows:

- Posting of Colors - Metcalfe County VFW Post 6281 Color Guard
- The National Anthem - Janey Miller, Kelly Barrett, and Todd Young
- Pledge of Allegiance to the United States Flag Col. William Lyle, Jr., Ret. USAF
- My Old Kentucky Home - Kay Hope
- Welcome - County Judge Executive Greg Wilson and Edmonton Mayor Howard Garrett
- Bicentennial Proclamation - Molly Matney, Miss Kentucky 2017-2018
- History of Edmonton founder Edmund Rogers - Ben Rogers, Esquire
- Looking Back about Edmonton - Herbert B. Sparks, Esquire, and Hon. Tom D. Emberton, Ret. Chief Judge Kentucky Court of Appeals
- Presentation of City of Edmonton Bicentennial Quilt - Metcalfe County Quilt Guild
- Recognition of National Register of Historic Places - Metcalfe County Historical Society
- Closing Remarks - Mayor Howard Garrett
