Margie Walls Blakeman died at 1:50pmET Saturday, August 18, 2018 in Campbellsville, KY at age 84.

Her funeral will be held at 10amCT/11amET Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY by Rev. Jim Durham. Burial will follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens 200 Block of W Main Street, Campbellsville, KY.. Visitation will be 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET Monday, August 20, 2018 at the funeral home.

Margie Walls Blakeman of Campbellsville, KY, was the daughter of the late Leonard Walls & Mattie Alma Miller Walls. She was born November 16, 1933 in Green County, KY.. She died Saturday, August 18, 2018 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 84 years, nine months, and two days..

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church. Margie was a loving wife and truly cared for her family which she adored.

She united in marriage to William Olin Blakeman December 24, 1955 and he preceded her in death April 13, 2015.

She is survived by
  • Two sons - David Blakeman and wife, Jill and Danny Blakeman and wife, Teena of Campbellsville

  • Three grandchildren - Stephanie Clenney and husband, Ryan, Matti Blakeman and Corey Blakeman of Campbellsville

  • Two step granddaughters - Paige Hord and husband, Shaun of Campbellsville and Mendi Booton and husband, Heath of Wilder

  • Two great-grandchildren - Jovi Kate Clenney and Dakota Clenney

  • Three step great-grandchildren - Lane Hord, Thomas Hord and Jacob Clenney

  • One sister, Wanda Perkins and husband, Ray of Naples, Florida

  • Special friend, Betty Jewell Hinton of Campbellsville and many other relatives and friends.
