Epicurean Kentuckian: Maury Lewis praises Laurel Ridge meats By Maury Lewis I went to the farmers market this morning, Saturday, July 21, 2018, and purchased a beef roast, Kentucky Proud, from Laurel Ridge Farms. That is the best tasting beef! I will be cooking a lamb roast in a couple of days from the same farm and I can hardly wait to taste it. If you have not been to the market on Saturday morning or Wednesday afternoon you are missing out on some GOOOOOOD eats.
