One injured when vehicle strikes tree on Oak Grove Road REPORT 3: Busy weekend for Adair County Sheriff's Department, Sat-Sun 14-15 Jul 2018 Adair County Sheriff's Office's (ACSO) preliminry investigation indicates 37 year old driver lost control of vehicle and struck a tree on Oak Grove Road head-on. Driver transported to TJ Health/Columbia, KY, where he was treated and released, then arrested on multiple allegations. ACSO Deputies Joey Keith and Derek Padgett were assisted on the scene by Adair County Emergency Medical Services. Note - A charge is merely an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a subsequent court of law. Click on headline for complete story From Adair County Sheriff's Office Harrison Moss, Sheriff Adair County Sheriff Harrison Moss reports that on July, 15, 2018 at approximately 4:08pmCT Adair County Deputy Derek Padgett responded to a single vehicle injury accident on Oak Grove Road. Deputy Padgett's preliminary investigation determined that 37 year old Laramy J Conover was driving on Oak Grove Road, when he lost control of his vehicle left the road and stuck a tree head on. Conover was transported by Adair County EMS to TJ Health in Columbia where he was treated and released. He was then arrested by Deputy Joey Keith and charged with driving under the influence, Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended License, Failure of owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense, and No/Expired Registration Plates.
