ICYMI - Chigger season kick-off reviewed

By Linda Waggener

ICYMI (In Case You Missed It), it's Chigger season on ColumbiaMagazine.com -- laugh, itch, laugh, apply ointment, laugh -- it's part of pure Kentucky in the summertime. A few of the comments that came in to CM, after a photo romanticized Queen Anne's Lace, follow:

Mike Watson's lament -- QAL called Chiggerweed. It was a sweet read that made me laugh just as the 2018 Chigger reunion was happening upon my person!

Joyce Coomer hasn't had problems with QAL, but Blackberries are another story!!

Cynthia Meyer gave helpful tips to cool the itching.

Pam Dailey shares her great find that stops the itching!

My Grandmother Marcum applied Camphor oil to Chigger bites -- and every other kind of medical emergency, come to think of it. - LW
