Sharp, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 4, Elizabethtown, KY ELIZABETHTOWN, KY - (Mon 9 Jul 2018) - Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 4 troopers conducted a traffic stop resulting in several charges. On July 9, 2018 at approximately 6:41amET, while on routine patrol, KSP Post 4 Trooper Sam Shacklette observed a vehicle speeding northbound at the 99 mile marker on I-65 being operated by Michael Anthony Kiser (51) of Louisville. Mr. Kiser initially gave troopers a false name, but upon learning Mr. Kiser's true identify, it was revealed that he had arrest warrants out of Jefferson County for charges related to criminal mischief and theft. A vehicle search was conducted where burglary tools and a large amount of coins/change was found to be in Mr. Kiser's possession. Michael Anthony Kiser (51) of Louisville was arrested and charged with:
