Jon Halsey clarifies 'NQ2' license meaning - re: Black Stallion

It's for by the drink only. No packaged spirit alcoholic beverages

Jon Halsey writes:
"A qualifying restaurant with seating for at least one hundred (100) consumers at tables, holding an NQ2 retail drink license may purchase, receive, possess, and sell distilled spirits, wine, and malt beverages at retail by the drink for consumption on the licensed premises. An NQ2 retail drink license shall not authorize the licensee to sell distilled spirits, wine, or malt beverages by the package."

There, fixed that for you.
