Black Stallion Steakhouse 2 granted NQ2 Retail Drink License

One more step milestone reached for highly anticipated restaurant opening for Black Stallion Steakhouse in the Pinewood Shopping Center

The Black Stallion Steakhouse, soon to open in the Pinewood Shopping Center, 202 Will Walker Road, Columbia, KY, was granted an NQ2 Retail Drink License by the Kentucky Alcoholic Beverage Control/Public Protection Cabinet on June 29, 2018.




The ABC lists the Oscar Alvarez as the sole partner in Black Stallion Steakhouse 2 Inc., doing business as Black Stallion Steakhouse 2, Restaurant.

Green River Medical Hodings, LLC, is listed as the leasor.

The new license is under the jurisdiction of Adair County Fiscal Court's ABC Commission, headed by Adair County CJE Mike Stephens. Shannon Sexton is Deputy Commission and chief investigator.
