Juanita Alix Boyd, age 69, of Sulphur Well, KY passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at her home. Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be held at 1pmCT Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton.



Juanita Alix Boyd, 69, Metcalfe County, KY (1948-2018)

Born in Miami, FL, she was the daughter of the late John and Jeanine Caldwell. She was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith.

She is survived by
  • Her husband Jack Boyd of Sulphur Well

  • Four sons - Tommy (Michela) Gordon of TN, Brian (Samantha) Gordon of Texas, Jack and John Boyd, both of Sulphur Well

  • One daughter - Angela (Darren) Brumfield of Belgium

  • Three brothers - Howard Caldwell of FL, Bruce Caldwell of VT and John Caldwell of Edmonton

  • Four grandchildren also survive.
