Four injured in 2 vehicle collision, KY 210 in Hardin Co, KY Occupants of 2002 Jeep Cherokee airlifted to UL Hospital. Driver and two year old passenger transported to Hardin Memorial. Roadway shut down for four hours for KSP reconstructed accident. KSP was assisted at the scene by Hardin County Emergency Medical Service, Hardin County Sheriff's Office, and Air Methods. Sharp, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 4, Elizabethtown ELIZABETHTOWN, KY (3 Jul 2018) - Kentucky State Police Post 4 Troopers responded to a two vehicle collision in Hardin Co. Tuesday afternoon. At approximately 5:41pmET, KSP received a call of a two vehicle collision at the 1300 block of KY 210 (Hodgenville Road) in Hardin County. Donovan Haire (18) of Elizabethtown was pulling out of a driveway onto KY 210 headed west in a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Leitulagi Weathers (50) of Elizabethtown was traveling east on KY 210 in a 2013 Infinity JX35. The preliminary investigation revealed Haire pulled onto KY 210 and into the path of the vehicle operated by Weathers. Haire and his 16 year old passenger were transported by helicopter to University of Louisville Hospital and were listed in critical condition. Weathers' and her two year old passenger were transported to Hardin Memorial Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. KY 210 was shut down for approximately four hours while KSP Troopers reconstructed the accident. KSP was assisted at the scene by Hardin County Emergency Medical Service, Hardin County Sheriff's Office, and Air Methods. The collision is still under investigation by Trooper Jakob Clemons.
