Green County Grand Jury returns indictments Wed 06 Jun 2018

Indictments brought against 7 individuals from Greensburg and Campbellsville, KY on charges including rape, possession, terroristic threatening, theft, DUI, sexual abuse and attempted sodomy.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 06 June 2018:


  • Ryan C. Skaggs, Quisenberry Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00029. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Rape, 3rd degree. Bond set at $10,000/10%, no contact with victim.

  • Corey B. Fields, Columbia Hwy., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00028. Charged with 7 counts. Count 1 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Operating motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc. .08 agg. circumstance, 2nd offense. Count 4 - Possession of marijuana. Count 5 - Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/securities, 1st offense. Count 6 - No registration plates. Count 7 - No registration receipt. Bond set at $15,000/10%, no alcohol, no illegal drugs, no automobile, MCR.

  • Christian E. Dziabula, Durham St., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00032. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Terroristic threatening, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Terroristic threatening, 3rd degree. Bond set at $50,000 cash, no contact with victim nor the school.

  • Amber D. Ellett, Abrey Kidd Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00033. Charged with 3 counts. Counts 1-2 - Sexual abuse, 1st degree. Count 3 - Attempted sodomy, 1st degree.

  • Anita K. Campbell, Lone Oak Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00031. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - TBUT or disposition controlled substance under $10,000. Bond set at $5,000 unsecured, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Richard Handy, Marshall Ridge Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00026. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Convicted felon in possession of a handgun. Count 2 - Convicted felon in possession of a firearm. Bond set at $10,000 cash or property.

  • Justin T. Wilson, W. Columbia Ave., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00030. Charged with 5 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Resisting arrest. Count 3 - Possession of marijuana. Count 4 - Menacing, Count 5 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.
