Adair Co. Grand Jury returns indictments Fri 25 May 2018

Ten indictments brought against nine individuals from Columbia, Hustonville, and Dunnville on charges including flagrant non-support, theft, bail jumping, assault, drug related charges and marijuana cultivation.
NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Adair County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Columbia, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Friday, 25 May 2018:

  • Tyler H. Derman, Rexroat Road, Columbia, KY. (DOB - 03/28/1990) Indictment 18-CR-00134. Charged with one count(s). Count 1 - Flagrant Non-support. Arraignment 2018-06-12 at 1pmCT. BAIL: $2,500. Cash.

  • Harold Boyd, Half Acre Circle, Columbia, KY. (DOB 11/27/1979) Indictment 18-CR-00135. Charged with one counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful Taking/Disposition, $500 or more but under $10,000, Arraignment 2018-06-12 at 1pmCT. BAIL: $500. Cash.

  • Erik Ray Coffey, McKinney-Geneva Road, Hustonville, KY. (DOB 06/18/1979) Indictment 18-CR-00136. Charged with two counts. Count 1 - Bail jumping in the first degree. Count 2 - Persistent Felony Offender in first degree. Arraignment 2018-06-12 at 1pmCT. BAIL: No bond.

  • Michael F. Harris. Dunnville Road, Dunnville, KY (DOB 03/01/1993) Indictment 18-CR-00137. Charged with one count(s). Count 1 - Bail jumping, first degree. Arraignment 2018-06-12 at 1pmCT. BAIL: No bond.

  • Tyler A. Tuttle. Appleby Drive, Columbia, KY. (DOB 11/18/1998) Indictment 18-CR-00138. Charged with two counts. Count 1 - Assault in the third degree. Count 2 - Assault in the third degree. Arraignment 2018-06-12 at 1pmCT. BAIL: $5,000 or secured property.

  • Jeffery L. Gilbert, Cape Road, Columbia, KY. (DOB 12/12/1992) Indictment 18-CR-00139. Charged with six counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Count 3 - Possession of a controlled substance in the second degree. Count 4 - Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Count 5 - Carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Count 6 - Possession of a defaced firearm. Arraignment 2018-06-12 at 1pmCT. BAIL: $5,000 cash or secured property.

  • Michael T. Miller. Keltnertown Road, Columbia, KY. (DOB 03/15/1979) Indictment 18-CR-00140. Charged with one count(s). Count 1 - Marijuana Cultivation, five (5) or more plants, first offense, Arraignment 2018-06-12 at 1pmCT. BAIL: $1,500 cash or secured property.

  • Brittany L. Stone, Ed Irvin Road, Columbia, KY (DOB 08/23/1985) Indictment 18-CR-00141. Charged with one count(s). Count 1 - Bail Jumping in the first degree. Arraignment 2018-06-12 at 1pmCT. BAIL: $5,000 cash.

  • Brittany L. Stone, Ed Irvin Road, Columbia, KY (DOB 08/23/1985) Indictment 18-CR-00142. Charged with two counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense (Methamphetamine). Count 2: Possession of drug paraphernalia. Arraignment 2018-06-12 at 1pmCT. BAIL: $5,000 cash.

  • Alishia Storm Harris. Dunnville Road, Columbia, KY. (DOB 02/15/1990) Indictment 18-CR-00143. Charged with two count(s). Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance in the first degree - third or subsequent offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Arraignment 2018-06-12 at 1pmCT. BAIL: Summons.
