So true, Mrs Kolbenschlag! I've been told the same thing by office staff/business owners, "I follow the two hour restrictions." They come & go throughout the day as if it's their own private spaces. It's sad when we don't respect & support our local businesses who may struggle to make ends meet. So many have closed their doors during my 15 years on the square and I believe the parking issue has a direct impact!!!

A previous mayor once told me, "it's been an issue for many years." My reply, we elect you folks to be problem solvers......If something as simple as parking abuse can't be solved, then what does that say about your ability to serve? - Phyllis Gooden
