Jamison Andrew "Jamie" Wade, 27 of Louisville, KY, passed away Monday, May 21, 2018 at 7:54amCT, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY after several weeks illness

Funeral service will be Friday, May 25, 2018 at 11amCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Ronnie Janes officiating. Interment in the Stone Cemetery at Fairplay, KY, The family request visiting after 3pmCT, on Thursday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.

He was born in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY on January 4, 1991. He died Monday, May 21, 2018, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 27 years, three months, and 17 days.

Preceded in death by his maternal grandmother: Hazel Grant Hill in 2016 and maternal grandfather Marvin Mitchum

Survived by:
  • His mother: Linda Wade (Paul Blevins) of Louisville, KY

  • His father: Michael (Karen) Wade of Louisville, KY

  • Two sons: Jackson Wade and Liam Wade both of Louisville, KY

  • Two step sisters: Stephanie (Brian) Lammers of Louisville, KY; andShelby Rea (Patrick Milby) of Louisville, KY

  • One aunt: Yvonne (Shelby) Magoffin of Louisville, KY
Jamie was a certified mechanic and maintenance worker. He enjoyed playing guitar and tattooing
