CES preschool students tour Taylor County Airport Picture album with article. Click on headline for story with photo(s) By Calen McKinney Campbellsville Elementary School preschool students recently toured the Taylor County Airport and saw where pilots store their airplanes and where they rest between flights. They also walked around the runway and learned about the parts of an airplane and they took turns sitting in a plane, pretending to be pilots. Airport Manager Carl Watson led the tour. After their trip to the airport, students colored a picture of a plane and talked about where they would go if they flew in one. Denise Spencer and Julie Shelton are the CES preschool teachers. - Calen McKinney is Public Information Officer for Campbellsville Independent Schools This story was posted on 2018-05-21 21:21:01
