Hardin County man faces allegations of incest Suspect arrested, lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center. Arrest follows notification by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services. Sharp, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 4, Elizabethtown, KY ELIZABETHTOWN, KY - Kentucky State Police Post 04 Detectives arrested a Radcliff man after allegations of incest were discovered. On Friday, May 4, 2018, KSP Post 04 Detectives were notified by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services that Jarrett L. Gonsalves, Jr. (24) of Radcliff had sexually molested two victims who are minors. At 7:46amET, Mr. Gonsalves was arrested and charged with: Two (2) counts of incest, two (2) counts of sodomy, 1st degree and two (2) counts of rape 1st degree.Mr. Gonsalves was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center.
