ACPC health fair geared just for students

A health fair for students was held at Adair County Primary Center on Friday, May 4, 2018.

4-H Leadership Youth talked at the ACPS Health Fair about why drinking water is important and how much water they should drink each day. Assisting with the Adair County Primary Center Health Fair were Elizabeth Marcum, Beth Cowan, Hannah Burton, Carli Carter, Matti Willis, Hallie Burton, Taylor Smith, Morgan Spoon, Briley Burns, Kiara Collins, Rachel Brown, Alicia Coffey and Keaton Burton.



Hand Washing was one of the topics at the Adair County Primary Center Health Fair. Marci Miller, L.P.N. with Healthy Kids Clinic talked to the students about the importance of hand washing.

MaKayla Jones shared how important it is to brush your teeth at least two times a day and to "Rethink Your Drink" with demonstration on amount of sugar in sodas.

Bully Prevention and Importance of Sleep were topics covered by Adanta at the health fair. Adanta staff members were Jennifer St. Andrews, Aundria McQueary, and Jennifer Blair.

Adanta reps talk to ACPC students about bully prevention
