Clarkson man arrested for sexual abuse of a minor Sixty-two year old male faces three allegations, lodged in Grayson County Detention Center. Investigation is ongoing by KSP Post 04 Detective Ken Borders. NOTE: Arrests are considered charges. An arrest is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged in an arrest is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. By Tpr Scotty R. Sharp, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 4 Post 4, Elizabethtown, KY LEITCHFIELD - Kentucky State Police Post 04 Detectives arrested a Clarkson man after allegations of abuse of a minor were discovered. On Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at approximately 11:30amCT, KSP Post 04 Detectives were notified that Roger D. Williams (62) of Clarkson had sexual contact with a victim who was a minor. At 5:13pmCT Mr. Williams was arrested and charged with two (2) counts of sexual abuse of a minor and one (1) count of possess/view matter portray sexual performance by a minor. Mr. Williams was lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center. The investigation is ongoing by KSP Post 04 Detective Ken Borders. This story was posted on 2018-05-10 02:18:55
