Benefit auction/supper at Jim Blair Center 12 May 2018 Event is for the family of Janet Smith, who faces another round of surgeries after being in remission then getting devastating news in latest tests. She needs community help in her valiant fight against cancer. Click on headline for complete story, photo(s) There will be a benefit auction and dinner for Janet Smith family a the Jim Blair Community Center 901 Hudson Street, Columbia, KY, 4pm-6pmCT, Saturday, May 12, 2018. Janet was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 2016. She has suffered through chemo and radiation treatments over the past couple years. After being in remission for the past few months, Janet returned to her doctor for more tests, receiving the devastating news that the cancer has returned. She will be undergoing several surgeries in hopes of removing the cancer. Any contributions of any size are appreciated.
