Two arrested for drugs after traffic stop in Hardin Co., KY Two suspects, age 20 and 19, lodged in Hardin County Detention Center. Both face multiple charges. NOTE: Arrests are considered charges. Sharp, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 4 Post 4, Elizabethtown, KY ELIZABETHTOWN, KY - (Tue 08 May 2018) - Kentucky State Police Post 4 troopers conducted a traffic stop resulting in drug trafficking charges. On May 6, 2018 at approximately 1:13pmET, while on routine patrol, a Post 4 trooper observed a vehicle speeding westbound at the 132 mile marker on the Western Kentucky Parkway operated by Logan C. McKinney (20) of Paducah. Upon making contact with Mr. McKinney, a vehicle search was conducted and numerous types of illegal drugs were found including LSD and marijuana. Logan C.
