Green County Grand Jury returns indictments Wed 02 May 2018

Indictments brought against 9 individuals from Campbellsville, Summersville, and Greensburg, KY on charges including assault, burglary, possession, trafficking, and intimidation.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 02 May 2018:


  • Jeremy L. Vaughn, Pleasant Union Church Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00022. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Possession controlled substance, 2nd degree, drug unspecified. Count 3 - Criminal trespassing, 3rd degree. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Henry C. Echols, E. Broadway St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00021-001. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Receiving stolen property under $10,000. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Robert W. Czerwinski, Bradfordsville Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00021-002. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Receiving stolen property under $10,000. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Damian D. Jackson, Highway 88, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00021-003. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Receiving stolen property under $10,000. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • William A. Hardesty, W. Hudgins Way, Summersville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00023. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Assault, 4th degree (domestic), 3rd+ within 5 years. Count 2 - Intimidating a participant in a legal process. Count 3 - Fleeing or evading police, 2nd degree, on foot. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Jeremy L. Thompson, Henry St., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00020-001. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Unlawful transaction with minor, 2nd degree. Bond set at $500 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Jacqueline S. Moors, Henry St., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00020-002. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Unlawful transaction with a minor, 2nd degree. Bond set at $500 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Ethan Hunter Judd, HWY 1464, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00024. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in marijuana, <8oz, 1st offense, while in possession of a firearm. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Bond set at $5,000 unsecured, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Larry Hall, Cotton Chaudoin Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00025. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Assault, 4th degree (domestic), 3rd+ within 5 years. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.
