Mystery Wild Flower #78455 is beautiful Purple Phacelia Wendy Butler Burt writes: This beautiful flower, Purple Phacelia (Phacelia bipinnatifida), is commonly found in rich, moist woods and rocky slopes. It is said that these flowers yield a flavorful honey. Wide swaths of these flowers, interspersed with the somewhat similar Jacobs Ladder (Polemonium reptans), have been seen on recent walks along the wildflower-strewn banks of Crocus Creek in southern Adair County. - Wendy Butler BurtComments re photo 78455 Mystery Wild Flower 78454 Hilltop over look N of Inroad KY This story was posted on 2018-04-29 17:49:08
