This is not a drill - message to Campbellsville University family A real active shooter, three hour standoff coincided with upcoming plans for drill resulting in lockdowns on parts of the CU campus Just four days ago, in an article by Ariel C. Emberton, Campbellsville University announced, Active Shooter Drill planned at CU 27 Apr 2018, but yesterday a message was circulated to the campus family, telling the students and staff, "This is not a drill -- possible shooter making threats." A three-hour standoff resulted with part of the campus being on lockdown.
