LWC Men and Women's Golf at MSC Championships Mon-Wed By Chris Coombs The Lindsey Wilson men's and women's golf teams compete the Mid-South Conference Championships this Monday through Wednesday at the Bowling Green Country Club, 251 Beech Bend Rd., Bowling Green, KY. The No. 20-ranked Blue Raider men's team is looking to sweep after taking the conference's regular season championship - the ninth regular season title in program history and fourth since 2010. Lindsey Wilson last won the conference tournament in 2015 and finished as runner-up in 2017, just one stroke behind champion Cumberland (Tenn.). The Blue Raiders shot 26-over par 890 across the three days of competition. LWC's men's team last competed in the MSC Spring Tournament on April 10. The men turned in a third-place finish at 31-over 607 (299-308). Rasmus Broholt Lind was the Blue Raider's highest placer as he finished in first place after posting a two-under par (72-70) 142 for the tournament. The No. 23-ranked women's team is looking for its first conference tournament title since 2011, which capped a run of seven-consecutive MSC tournament victories by the Blue Raiders. Last season, Lindsey Wilson posted a fourth-place result at the conference championship, finishing one stroke behind third-place Cumberland (Tenn.) and 36 strokes back of first-place Cumberlands. Courtney Vincent was the Blue Raiders' highest finisher in the tournament - posting a 27-over 243 and placing 9th. The LWC women's team was last in action on April 10 at the MSC Spring Tournament. The Blue Raiders finished third as a team at 75-over 651 (335-316), 14 strokes behind second place Cumberland. Cumberlands (Ky.) won the tournament with a 49-over par 625 for the tournament. Tara Rodenhurst finished as individual runner-up at 7-over 151 (75-76). Live scoring for both the men and women's competition is available across all three rounds.
