Sarah Burton is ACEA teacher of the month

As Education Week approaches, the Adair County Education Association, affiliate of KEA, is honoring Mrs. Sarah Burton as teacher of the month.

A graduate of Lindsey Wilson College, Sarah holds her Master's Degree from Western Kentucky University and her Rank 1 from Eastern Kentucky University.



She is also a National Board Certified Teacher.

Currently, Sarah serves as the Curriculum Resource Teacher at Adair County Primary Center.

A favorite quote of Sarah's is: "If we teach today's students as we taught yesterday's, we rob them of tomorrow." - John Dewey Congratulations to Mrs. Sarah Burton for being a teacher we are all proud of! - Debra Waddell
