Taylor County Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 17 Apr 2018

Indictments brought against 19 individuals from Hodgenville, Greensburg, Lebanon, Radcliff, Campbellsville, Elkhorn, and Knifley, KY on charges including possession, fraud, theft, burglary, assault, forgery, robbery, and distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 17 April 2018:


  • Taylor M. Hatfield, Trilogy Ave, Hodgenville, KY Indictment 18-CR-00076. Charged with 7 counts. Count 1 - Posession controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, meth. Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Count 3 - Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, 1st offense. Count 4 - Operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Count 5 - Failure to wear seat belts. Count 6 - No/expired Kentucky registration receipt. Count 7 - No/expired registration plates. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no driving, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Amanda L. Wright, Marshall Ridge Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment 18-CR-00077. Charged with 5 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Possession controlled substance, 3rd degree, drug unspecified. Count 4 - Possession of marijuana. Count 5 - Public intoxication controlled substance, excludes alcohol. Bond modified to $1,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Sheila D. Henry, St. Ann St., Lebanon, KY Indictment 18-CR-00078. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Theft of identity of another w/o consent. Count 2 - TBUT or disposition shoplifting under $500. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Kayla M. Stearman, Southland Dr., Radcliff, KY Indictment 18-CR-00079. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Chad T. Bagby, Oak St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment 18-CR-00080. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Fraudulent use of credit card over $500 and under $10,000. Bond set at $5,000 unsecured, no contact with complaining witness, complete drug court.

  • Larhonda Perez, Coakley St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment 18-CR-00081. Charged with 7 counts. Counts 1-6 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Count 7 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Marcus Taylor, Hillview Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment 18-CR-00082. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 2 - TBUT or disposition all others u/$500. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Marcus Taylor, Hillview Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment 18-CR-00083-001. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking over $500 or more but under $10,000. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Same bond as 18-CR-00082.

  • Jacob Thompson, Twin Creek Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment 18-CR-00083-002. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking over $500 or more but under $10,000. Count 2 - Theft by unlawful taking over $500 or more but under $10,000. Bond modified to $1,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Jacob Thompson, Twin Creek Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-M-00250. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - TBUT or disposition all others u/$500. Bond set at $2,500, no contact.

  • Cory Graham, Barney School Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment 18-CR-00084. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition - auto over $500 or more but under $10,000. Count 2 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Count 3 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Duane Lee, Patterson Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment 18-CR-00085. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Count 3 - Giving officer false name or address. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Duane Lee, Patterson Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment 18-CR-00086. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Convicted felon in possession of a handgun. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Same bond as in 18-CR-00085.

  • Chris Domke, Lincoln Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment 18-CR-00087. Charged with 7 counts. Count 1 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, drug unspecified. Count 2 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree, police officer. Count 3 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 4 - Fleeing or evading police, 1st degree. Count 5 - Fleeing or evading police, 1st degree, on foot. Count 6 - No operators - moped license. Count 7 - Reckless driving. Bond set at $20,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Jeffrey Jones, Beechwood Dr., Campbellsville, KY Indictment 18-CR-00088. Charged with 10 counts. Count 1 - Assault, 1st degree. Count 2 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 3 - Resisting arrest. Counts 4-9 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Count 10 - Persistent felony offender.

  • Kimberly A. Cox, Taylor Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment 18-CR-00089. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • David A. Clark, Eastridge Rd., Elkhorn, KY Indictment 18-CR-00090. Charged with 41 counts. Counts 1-40 - Possess/view matter portray sexual performance by minor. Count 41 - Distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, 1st offense. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no access to electronic device or internet, no violations of the law.

  • Robert D. Burton, Jr., Cottage Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment 18-CR-00091. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Promoting contraband, 1st degree. Count 3 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Count 4 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Daniel Shimek, Ray Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment 18-CR-00093. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Giving officer false identifying information. Bond set at $10,000 full cash.

  • Jeffrey Good, Old Lebanon Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment 18-CR-00094. Charged with 9 counts. Count 1 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, 1st offense. Count 4 - Operating on suspended/revoked operators license. Count 5 - Failure to wear seat belts. Count 6 - Improper display of registration plates. Count 7 - No/expired kentucky registration receipt. Count 8 - No/expired registration plates. Count 9 - Obstructed vision and/or windshield. Bond set at $500 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no driving.

  • James Linneman, Dunbar St., Knifley, KY Indictment 18-CR-00095. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Robbery, 2nd degree. Count 2 - TBUT or disposition all others under $500. Count 3 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.
