CACEDA 30 Mar 31 financial statement shows improvement

With $33,043.41 in deposits in March 2018, and only $8,392.02 in total expenses in the month, the ending balance for the Columbia-Adair County Economic Development improved to $166,539.22 on March 31, 2018 from $141,887.33 at the end of February 2018, according to the report presented by CACEDA Treasurer Ann Martin at the Tuesday, April 17, 2018 meeting of the authority's board.



Deposits included cropland lease income at Green River Commerce Park, from Jeff Biggs, of $29,727.00 and $3,303,00, and interest income of $13.41.

Expenses for the month were all related to the Retail Strategies: $7,500 to Retail Strategies and $892.02 to Chairman Mark Dykes for expenses.
