Patsy Ann Leslie age 68 years of Columbia, KY passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 11:47amCT at TJ Samson Community, Hospital in Glasgow, KY.

Funeral service will be at 2pmCT, Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. Interment in Haven Hill Cemetery, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 10amCT, Tuesday, at the funeral home.

She was born on May 2, 1949, in Hazard, Perry County, KY. She was the loving & caring daughter of the late Jerry & Ellon Adams Fugate. She died Thursday, April 12, 2018, in Glasgow, Barren County, KY, at the age of 68 years, 11 months, and 10 days.

She was preceded in death by one son, Jerry Roberts

She is survived by:
  • Three sons: Danny (Sheryl) Roberts, of Forest, VA; Matthew Leslie & fiancee' Heather Briton of Forest, VA; and William Thompson of Columbia, KY

  • Daughter-in-law: Carrie Roberts-Garvin of Florida

  • Three brothers: Casey (Elizabeth) Fugate of Columbia, KY; Jerry (Sara) Fugate, Jr. of Jefferson City, TN; andCash (Johanna) Fugate of Edmonton, KY

  • Two sisters: Deloris (Gene) Chavens of Brewton, AL; Sheena (Fred) Crowder of Lakeland, FL

  • Seven grandchildren: Daniel Roberts IV, Ryan Roberts, Holly Roberts, Gavin Leslie, Jerry Roberts, Jr., Grace Leslie & Thomas Garvin

  • Nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends
She was the proprietor of Jeri's Beauty Salon and lead beautician in Zephyrhills, FL, proud and loving mom of four sons & seveb grandchildren.
