The regular meeting of the Columbia/Adair County EDA Board will be at 8amCT, on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 in the Board room of the Chamber of Commerce, 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY, with Mark Dykes, chairman, presiding, with Mark Dykes, board chair, presiding, with the following agenda:

Determination of a Quorum

Business
- Approval of Minutes, 20 Mar 2018 as presented

- Approval of Treasurer's Report as presented by Treasurer Ann Martin
Business
- Portions of Adair County has been designated as an Opportunity Zone.

- TVA funds to be disbursed to 39 TVA Counties, of which Adair County is one of the counties. What that means and how much funding to expect.

Meeting is open to the public. - Ellen Zornes, Executive Director 270-384-6020; Kathy Johnson, Office Manager; Mark Dykes, Chairman; Secretary; Treasurer, Ann Martin; and members Kenzie Rowe, Roger Meadows, and Anthony Janes. Ex officio non-voting, Adair County Judge Mike Stephens, Columbia Mayor Curtis Hardwick. The seat formerly held by Randy Burns, who resigned, is vacant.
